Waterproof nappy cover - Medium Modern Baby Softwrap Cotton (15-25lbs)
Made from a soft polyester knit with an inner waterproof layer, the Modern Baby Softwrap Cotton waterproof nappy cover is cut generously which makes it suitable for use with either fitted nappies or prefolds. Aplix closures ensure a custom fit on any baby. Available in pink gingham, blue gingham or white. Cotton nappies: where do I start? Modern Baby offer 2 types of nappies to choose from; shaped nappies or prefold nappies. Shaped nappies are easy to use and offer an extremely soft, comfortable fit for the baby. They're made of a soft brushed cotton, shaped like a disposable nappy, fastening with velcro around the waist, and have soft elastic on the legs and waist to help prevent leaks. Alternatively, prefold nappies are highly absorbent, economical and practical and will last for several children making them even more economical. Both nappy types require waterproof covers to go over them and either the Modern Baby Softwrap Polyester or the Modern Baby Softwrap Cotton are ideal. All the covers have aplix fastenings for comfort and ease of use. For extra convenience, add a flushable, biodegradable nappy liner on the inside of the nappy - much less mess at nappy changing time! The recommended quantity for nappies and covers is around 18-24 nappies and 5 or 6 covers (more are needed in the first few weeks and less as baby gets older). The covers can be used for more than one nappy change hence fewer covers than nappies are needed.
